Delivery and Returns
The products you examine on our website are available in our furniture store. The products that you cannot find in our store are delivered to our customers on order from the factories we produce in Turkey. By ordering a product you like on our site, we can deliver it to you within 25 - 45 days without any problems. You can also buy the product in the store or with the help of store, door delivery.
When you want to return the product, if a transfer has been made to the store through our site, you can reach the store that delivered the product to you by contacting us from the contact information of our site. In case of any damage or broken product after purchase, you must return it within 3 days. Otherwise, there is no refund for an opened and used product.
You can contact the company directly by making "online payment" and "direct communication" at the store where you are directed to the product you like, or by sending the product you like directly from our site. Otherwise, you can make a written complaint to the "Support Line" and e-mail address. In cancellations and returns, logistics and cargo costs are collected from the person on delivery and only the product price is returned to the customer. The shipping fee collected from the customer is not refunded to the customer.
In the process after the customer receives the product, when the product is arbitrarily returned to the company, the logistics fee belongs directly to the customer. We recommend that you contact the company and confirm the product and have it checked before you buy and ship the product. Otherwise, there may be deterioration and error in the products that are sent without checking.
